Indian Stir Fry Arbi
Instructions
  1. Peel & chop the arbi
  2. In a heavy bottom pan add the vegetable oil and add the chopped arbi. Cook covered for about 5-10 minutes.
  3. Now add the whole green chillies if using & the chopped garlic. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Add all the spices. Mix well and cook for another 10 minutes or until soft.
  5. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro or green onions.
  6. Enjoy with roti or pita.

Instructions
  1. Mix all the ingredients well.
  2. Heat pan and add some cooking oil. Keep on medium heat. Open up the bun and place both sides on the pan. Place a few slices of avocado and some chilli garlic sauce on one side of the bun.
  3. Now add a large spoonful of the paneer/tofu mix on top of the avocado. Close with the other half of the bun.
  4. Cook on both sides until golden brown. You can even use a sandwich toaster to make these sandwiches.
  5. Enjoy with a cup of soup or salad on the side.
  6. You can substitute the bun with a tortilla to make delicious wraps.
