  1. Mix all the ingredients well.
  2. Heat pan and add some cooking oil. Keep on medium heat. Open up the bun and place both sides on the pan. Place a few slices of avocado and some chilli garlic sauce on one side of the bun.
  3. Now add a large spoonful of the paneer/tofu mix on top of the avocado. Close with the other half of the bun.
  4. Cook on both sides until golden brown. You can even use a sandwich toaster to make these sandwiches.
  5. Enjoy with a cup of soup or salad on the side.
  6. You can substitute the bun with a tortilla to make delicious wraps.
