Finally, I have a plan of action for you to GET A HOLD on those food cravings that can be a real pain. The plan is very simple and actionable provided you follow it. This is the plan I have followed myself and still do when my cravings get out of control. Do I get cravings, you ask? Of course I do. Remember cravings are all part of being a human.

So PLEASE DO NOT FEEL GUILTY if you get cravings. They are perfectly normal.
